Beta Service Agreement
By using MVIP (Motor Vehicle Intelligence Platform), operated by TrackHaus, you agree to these terms. MVIP is an open Core Beta service. Access may be suspended where required for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance or protection of other users.
Permitted Use
You may use MVIP to:
- Track vehicles you own and records you are authorised to manage
- Review and manage service history, modifications and documents
- Save vehicles and listings you are considering
- Build private ownership records and Vehicle Passports
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share, sell, or license your account to others
- Upload illegal, harmful, or defamatory content
- Scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Attempt to access other users' data or admin areas
- Use MVIP for commercial purposes without permission
Beta Disclaimers
Service Continuity: MVIP is in beta. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice.
Data Loss: We take reasonable backup and recovery measures but cannot guarantee that beta data will never be lost, corrupted or unavailable.
Uptime: We aim for high availability but make no guarantee. Service interruptions may occur without notice.
Vehicle Verification™: Vehicle checks (stolen, write-off, encumbrance, finance) are not live during beta. When the verification provider is connected, checks are point-in-time only.
Limitation of Liability
MVIP is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions as shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may manage or cancel an active subscription from Profile while billing access is available. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law or the checkout terms require otherwise. The Founding Enthusiast offer is limited to the first 100 successful paid subscribers and remains subject to the offer displayed at checkout.
Intellectual Property
MVIP software, branding and original content are owned by TrackHaus or its licensors. You retain rights in information and files you provide and grant TrackHaus the limited permission needed to host, process, display and support that information as part of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. You may request account deletion through Profile → Privacy & Data or by contacting privacy@trackhaus.com.au; Core Beta requests are reviewed manually.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
