MVIP (Motor Vehicle Intelligence Platform), operated by TrackHaus, is an open Core Beta service. Features, data, and functionality may change or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees about service availability, reliability, or data persistence.

Vehicle Data Completeness

MVIP provides a curated Australian vehicle identity catalogue and accepts user-entered vehicle information. Coverage is not exhaustive and information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Do not rely solely on MVIP for critical vehicle decisions.

Vehicle Verification™ Not Live

Official vehicle checks are not currently active. The following features require the verification provider to be connected and are not available during beta:

• PPSR (Personal Property Securities Register) checks
• NEVDIS (National Exchange of Vehicle and Driver Information System) checks
• Stolen vehicle status checks
• Write-off or salvage status checks
• Finance or encumbrance checks

When the verification provider is eventually connected, these checks are point-in-time only and should not be the sole basis for purchase or legal decisions.

Not Professional Advice

MVIP is not a substitute for:

• Legal advice: Consult a lawyer for vehicle ownership, title, or legal disputes
• Financial advice: Consult a financial advisor for purchase or investment decisions
• Mechanical inspection: Have vehicles professionally inspected before purchase
• Insurance advice: Verify insurance implications with your insurer

Automated Alerts Not Active

The following features are planned but NOT ACTIVE during beta:

• Automated price alerts and monitoring
• Real-time or automated recall notifications
• Push notifications for vehicle events
• Automatic market analytics updates

Data Accuracy

While we work to maintain accurate data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. Vehicle specifications, market prices, and availability may vary.

Data Retention and Beta Discontinuation

If TrackHaus discontinues the beta service, we will provide reasonable notice and options to export your data. However, we make no guarantee about data retention after service discontinuation.

Limitation of Liability

TrackHaus and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
